I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s charming Madrid-themed decoration and the spacious, clean lobby area. Its location made it very easy for me to explore the nearby shops and restaurants, making my stay delightful and convenient.

Great location, unique room themes!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right on Gran Via, and the staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, the carpets in the lobby appeared dirty, and the bathroom in the older room felt outdated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite a few shortcomings.

air conditioning didn’t work well

The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, with many theaters, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. I loved the modern and clean bathroom, and the spacious room was comfortable enough for relaxation. However, I did notice a strange smell in the elevator, and it would have been nice to have coffee-making facilities in the room.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay here for 4 nights, and loved the spacious double room and the amazing shower. The rooftop pool and spa area were perfect spots to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Just a heads up, a few amenities could use an upgrade, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience! 🌞

I absolutely loved staying in such a central location, just steps away from Gran Via! The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were really welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The only downside was the heat in the room at night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

There’s a nice rooftop terrace to unwind and also a tranquil pool area for relaxation. The only small downside was some noise from nearby traffic, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from the stunning Parque del Retiro and the beautiful Templo de Debod, offering lovely park views and a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

Spacious room, friendly staff, the convenient location close to the metro station, and walking distance to numerous attractions made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

I had a pleasant 3-night stay, enjoying the spacious terrace and friendly staff. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though healthier options were lacking. Keep your windows closed for a quieter experience. Opt for rooms away from the roof terrace for better rest. Overall, a solid choice in Madrid.

Additionally, I missed out on the lovely bar ambiance during my stay, which was unfortunate. The culinary offerings, particularly the freshly baked bread, were delightful.

This place suits me perfectly, providing fast wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. The staff once gave me great dinner directions that I still remember. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back next year!
